Residential Specialist Positions - Adult and Adolescent

 

Positions open at both our Adolescent Respite/Residential Program and our Adult Respite/Residential Program.

Adolescent Respite/Residential Specialists needed to work in adolescent respite/residential program. Qualifications include Bachelor's Degree in social science, mental health, or education, plus at least one year of direct experience working with children or adolescents in a treatment, educational, or other relevant setting. A Master's degree in a related field may be substituted for the direct experience requirement. The Residential Specialist, acting as part of a treatment team, organizes, implements, carries out and evaluates milieu treatment activities for assigned clients. Residential Specialists assist in the development and implementation of client treatment plans and help to assess client progress toward meeting treatment goals. Residential Specialists establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients which facilitate developmental, academic and personal growth. Excellent organizational and oral and written communication skills are a must. Excellent benefit package.  Variety of shifts available. Program is open 24/7.
